- Our work spans: community centers, custom residences, cultural and educational projects, historic preservation — all grounded in honest materials and clear purpose.
What You'll Do
- Project ownership under guidance from the principals, from schematic design through closeout
- Lead coordination with consultants, clients, and contractors
- Mentor and assist team on Revit production, drawing standards, and detailing
- Conduct site observations and maintain quality control through rigorous field inspections
- Shape studio culture, open communication, and contribute to design dialogue
- Focus on the work and the clients
What You Bring
- Professional architecture degree (B.Arch. or M. Arch.)
- 10+ years’ experience with strong project management track record
- Design sensibility paired with technical depth
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Licensure preferred (or NCARB reciprocal eligibility)
- Commitment to working in-person in our growing Oxford office
